Therapy Services

Patriot Homecare sends licensed, compassionate physical, occupational and speech therapists to patients’ homes, where recurring care is most convenient for them.

Physical Therapy.

Patriot physical therapists evaluate a patient’s unique needs and create a personalized treatment plan based on their evaluation. Treatment plans can include safe walking and bed transfer training, fall prevention, and pain management.

Occupational Therapy.

Patriot occupational therapists work with patients to improve their activities of daily living. These activities include bathing, dressing, eating, and strength training.

Speech Therapy.

Patriot speech therapists work with patients to help improve a patient’s ability to safely speak, swallow or communicate.

Who is eligible for Patriot Therapy Services at home?

When we receive your call, our program coordinator will ask a few questions to determine if you are eligible for in-home care, and if so, we set up an appointment to assess your needs.
